Sen. Cory Booker challenged his colleagues to try to expel him for breaking rules he opposes on Sept. 6 after promising to release an email including comments by Supreme Court nominee Judge Brett Kavanaugh about racial profiling that has been deemed confidential.

Since, Booker has released several more documents which were deemed confidential by the committee. He said the documents about Kavanaugh's work "raise more serious and concerning questions" about his honesty during his testimony before the committee when he suggested he was not substantially involved in the nominations.
