Letter: Millburn's Complete Streets project

Let me get this straight:
The Township is incurring debt to fund Complete Streets which is causing traffic so people avoid downtown Millburn. Therefore, the Millburn Business Alliance (DMDA) needs more money for events and the Township is seeking to hire a marketing consultant to attract businesses and people to downtown Millburn, which they are avoiding because of Complete Streets.
